Downloading and Printing Your Planner

  • Step 1: Download. Simply click on the appropriate link below for your specific Plan (A, B, C, D, E, or F) and save the PDF file directly to your computer.
  • Step 2: Print. Print as many copies as you need! For continuous use and to minimize paper waste, you can print one copy and insert it into a plastic sheet protector or laminate it. This allows you to use a dry-erase marker and reuse the same sheet every week. Alternatively, if you prefer fresh starts, print a new sheet for each week of your 21 Day Fix journey.
