Hello, healthy foodies! I’m currently enjoying the crisp, refreshing air of Lake Placid, NY, a delightful escape from the summer heat. All five delicious dinners and a light breakfast are already pre-loaded into a user-friendly meal planning spreadsheet. All you need to do is add in your chosen lunches and snacks to complete your week. And don’t worry if you need to swap out ingredients or adjust recipes – the spreadsheet is designed to auto-adjust your container counts, keeping you perfectly on track! To use it, simply click the spreadsheet link, make a copy when prompted, and save it to your computer (note: it works best on a computer, not quite as well on a phone).

- 1 small or ½ large head of cauliflower
- 2–3 tsp old bay seasoning
