  2. Add Items from the Lower Calorie Plan: Next, carefully review the grocery list for the person on the lower calorie plan. Add any additional items or quantities needed specifically for their breakfasts, lunches, and snacks that might not be fully covered by the higher plan’s list.
  3. Dinners are Shared: The dinner recipes are generally identical across all plans and are designed to account for multiple people eating them. This simplifies things greatly as you’ll be cooking one dinner for both of you.
